My holistic approach integrates physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual forms of well-being. The overall goal is to help individuals develop a deeper understanding of themselves on all these levels.
For some, the goal of counseling may be to improve personal, familial, social, and/or community functioning. While for others, the aim is building, self-esteem, reducing anxiety or strengthening coping mechanisms.
I provide a safe and non-judgmental space for individuals to unpack emotional and mental distress while working on grounding techniques, challenging unhelpful automatic thoughts, and processing trauma.
I support clients to examine the past, observe the present, and plan for the future.
