The service fee is $125 / 53 minute session

Policyholders are responsible for co-pay or deductible fees they may have at each visit.

Cancellation Policy:

Appointment cancellations or rescheduling is to be no less than 48 hours of scheduled appointment, 'No Calls'. 'No shows' are considered to be more than 15 minutes late for their scheduled appointment.

All 'No Calls' and 'No Shows' will be required to pay the entire session fee.
